This antique diamond sapphire ring is set with a gorgeous center stone. The ring also has two 4x2mm marquise cut sapphires, one on either side. Over a third of a carat of round diamonds enhance the center stone. There are engravings on the sides, milgrain on the shank and the scroll work near the top of the ring…….
